Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Hero3.jpg

Lettuce wraps are what I like to call a triple threat when it comes to recipes. They are low in calories, yet full in flavor, and take almost no time at all…what more could you ask for in a meal? But in all seriousness, this recipe takes barely any prep time or cook time, so you can have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes! The filling is full of all the asian flavors you crave, that you won’t miss the lack of carbs. I will admit, I sometimes eat the filling mixture alone if I run out of lettuce.
