French 75 Cocktail
This cocktail doesn’t need much of an introduction but it is always nice to know a little background on a classic cocktail. A form of this drink dates all the way back to 1915 and the name comes from the French 75-millimeter field gun used in World War I. If you aren’t a gin drinker, you will be after this cocktail. The gin, lemon, and Champagne all complement each other very well, making for a crisp, refreshing drink.
