Cheese Fondue

In our house, we often have fondue nights for special occasions because they are so much fun and way cheaper than going out to a fondue restaurant. You can also customize your fondue and the dippers to your desire. Our go-to is cheese fondue because we prefer savory and it serves as a meal. We usually cook the fondue in a pan on the stovetop and transfer it to the fondue pot rather than cooking it directly in the fondue pot. We found that it cooks a lot faster this way and is a lot less messy. Be careful, it is very addicting!

  2. Grate or cube all three kinds of cheese and combine with cornstarch, set aside.
  3. Over medium heat, bring wine and garlic to a simmer in a medium saucepan.
