Coconut Craisin Dark Chocolate Protein Bites
More often than not, we have a bag of protein bites in the freezer for a quick snack.I love this recipe because it combines both dried fruit and chocolate for the best of both worlds. You can make these protein bites as little or as big as you want them, but I prefer to make them small so I don’t feel guilty if I have a couple. These make a great snack or something sweet after dinner.

Coconut Craisin Dark Chocolate Protein Bites
These protein bites are the perfect healthy, yet filling snack for on-the-go or at home.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup almonds (sliced or chopped)
- 2 scoops unflavored protein powder
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in mixer.
- Mix in peanut butter and honey until well combined and sticks together.
- Use scoop or hands to form into 1 inch sized bites. Refrigerate or freeze.
